Generally speaking, new shafts you purchase with a 0.370 tip diameter come in a standard length; they will need to be taken to a workshop technician for cutting and assembly.

0.370 parallel tip shafts are single-length shafts that require trimming to your desired length. By trimming the shaft, you can adjust the performance to your preference. This set includes 8 shafts in total, ranging from the 3-iron to the wedge (3-PW).

Please take your brand-new, uncut KBS shaft to a club builder you trust and have them refer to this KBS Shaft Trimming Instructions to adjust the shaft length according to your needs.

Our shaft labels are currently not sold separately and are only included with the purchase of our clubs. However, KBS periodically hosts limited-edition label replacement events, so please stay tuned to our official website or social media platforms for the latest updates.

Absolutely! KBS offers a full range of custom services for left-handed clubs. Our stores not only feature demo clubs specifically for left-handers, but also provide professional fitting services, where experienced technicians tailor exclusive left-handed clubs to your swing characteristics and needs.

Custom Club Fitting Service, also known as Fitting. During the fitting process, our technicians will recommend club specifications tailored to your swing data. They will also measure and compare your current clubs with KBS shafts to help you resolve hitting issues caused by unsuitable shafts.

If you currently have your own clubs, please be sure to bring them with you. This will help our technicians measure your actual performance data, allowing for precise comparison to provide you with more professional, effective improvement tips and recommendations for shaft selection.

KBS retail stores have established partnerships with major leading club head brands, offering a wide selection of club heads on-site for trial and purchase. You do not need to bring your own club heads for a fitting.

※Club heads, grips, and other accessories are available for assembly services only and are not sold separately.

The KBS Taipei flagship store is equipped with a professional workshop, providing one-stop accessory selection and shaft assembly services. If you choose to have your clubs built at our store, we will complete them within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the order schedule. If you prefer to entrust the work to a technician at another workshop you trust, you may also take your personalized data and uncut brand-new shafts with you immediately after your fitting session.

Yes, you are welcome to visit our KBS store for a live hitting session! No appointment is needed for trials, but to ensure quality service, time is limited on-site. For a more in-depth and personalized experience, we still recommend booking a custom fitting session.

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM: Shipped the same afternoon
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM: Processed for shipment the next day
• Shipping service is suspended on Sundays and Mondays

Actual delivery time depends on the logistics company's schedule; generally, delivery takes about 1-3 business days.

Products sold through unauthorized channels may carry the risk of being non-genuine and will not be eligible for comprehensive manufacturer warranty services.

KBS TAIWAN currently partners with ECpay for third-party payment processing. To successfully place an order, the order amount must meet the specified limits. If your order does not meet these requirements, please try placing separate orders.

The single-order amount limits are as follows:

• ATM Virtual Account: 16 TWD to 49,999 TWD (inclusive)
• Credit Card (including Apple Pay and UnionPay): 5 TWD to 199,999 TWD (inclusive)
