To celebrate our brand's second anniversary in Taiwan, KBS TAIWAN is launching special limited-time offers and a questionnaire lucky draw.

During the event, in addition to enjoying discounts on designated fitting services and KBS apparel and accessories, you can participate in a "everyone's a winner" lucky draw by completing the event questionnaire and following the specified procedures to qualify.

Please read these event rules, prize details, redemption methods, and relevant precautions carefully before participating in the event and using the offers.

I. Event Period

2nd Anniversary Limited Offers and Questionnaire Lucky Draw Period

From 00:00 on August 1, 2026, to 23:59 on August 31, 2026.

Lucky Draw Prize Redemption Period

From 00:00 on August 1, 2026, to 23:59 on December 31, 2026.

All times above are based on Taiwan Time. Winners must complete the booking, redemption, or collection procedures according to the prize type within the specified redemption period. Those who fail to complete these steps on time will be deemed to have waived their winning and redemption qualifications, and prizes will not be reissued, cashed out, or extended.

II. 2nd Anniversary Limited Offers

Offer 1 | Buy a Specified Quantity of KBS Shafts and Get Fitting Service Fees Waived

During the event, customers who complete a designated fitting service at a KBS TAIWAN physical store and purchase the required quantity of KBS shafts for that service on the same day will enjoy a full waiver of the fitting service fee.

Conditions for Applying the Offer

  1. Customers must actually complete the fitting service and checkout at the store between August 1, 2026, and August 31, 2026, to qualify for this offer.
  2. Those who only book an appointment or pay a deposit during the event period but do not complete the fitting and checkout within the event period are not eligible for this offer.
  3. The required number of shafts for each fitting service item is subject to the KBS TAIWAN official website, the booking page, and in-store announcements.
  4. Customers must purchase the specified quantity of KBS shafts in the same fitting order to be eligible for the fitting service fee waiver.
  5. If the specified quantity of shafts is not met, the fitting service fee will be charged according to standard service rates.
  6. This offer only waives the qualified fitting service fee; costs for shafts, club assembly, club heads, grips, accessory upgrades, and other goods or services will be charged as usual.
  7. The deposit paid during the fitting booking can be applied toward the total order amount at the time of checkout.
  8. If the actual consumption amount is less than the deposit paid, the difference will not be refunded, cashed out, transferred to other orders, or retained for future use.
  9. Available dates, times, and service items for booking are subject to the booking system display and store arrangements.
  10. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other fitting service discounts or offers.

Rules for Combining Offers

  1. In principle, this offer cannot be combined with other promotional codes, coupons, member discounts, or other promotional campaigns.
  2. When purchasing items at 20% off through the official website, other promo codes or coupons may not be entered; the actual status will be determined by the official website's checkout system.
  3. If a single physical store order contains both:

    ◎ Apparel or accessories eligible for the 20% discount
    ◎ KBS shafts not eligible for a discount

    You may use the store's NT$500 or NT$300 coupon for this event in the same order.
  4. The aforementioned store coupons may only be used to discount the cost of eligible KBS shafts within the order and may not be used on items already discounted by 20%.
  5. Consumption amounts for items at 20% off do not count toward the spending threshold for store shaft coupons.

III. Questionnaire Lucky Draw

Complete the designated questionnaire during the event period and follow the instructions to add the "KBS TAIWAN" LINE official account as a friend to receive one lucky draw entry.

There is no minimum purchase threshold for this event; simply complete the specified steps to participate. Each LINE account is limited to one entry during the event period, and all eligible participants will receive a prize.

Event Participation Steps

  1. Use your mobile phone to open the KBS 2nd Anniversary event questionnaire during the event period.
  2. Fill out the questionnaire completely, read and agree to the event rules and personal data notice, then submit.
  3. Add the "KBS TAIWAN" LINE official account as a friend and do not block the account.
  4. After successfully submitting the questionnaire, follow the page instructions to redirect to the LINE app to claim your lucky draw ticket.
  5. Return to the "KBS TAIWAN" LINE official account to view the draw results and your prize.

Operating Precautions

  1. Please use a mobile phone to open and fill out the event questionnaire.
  2. If the page does not open correctly on your mobile phone, please try a different browser and try again.
  3. If you cannot successfully redirect or receive the LINE event message, please update your LINE app to the latest version, close it, and reopen it before trying again.
  4. After submitting the questionnaire, you must complete the specified LINE redirect process to qualify for the lucky draw.
  5. Each LINE account is limited to one lucky draw entry during the event period.

Notes on Prize Value and Content

  1. The reference market values listed are for informational purposes regarding the event and cannot be used as a basis for requesting cash, price differences, or product exchanges.
  2. The value of wood, iron, driver, and wedge shaft sets is calculated based on the maximum reference value at the time of event planning.
  3. There are no restrictions on the specific type or price of shafts within the listed quantity; however, actual specifications and items are subject to fitting results, product availability, and stock at the time of redemption.
  4. Shaft set prizes include the listed fitting service and standard assembly fees; they do not cover club heads, grips, special components, or other accessory upgrades.
  5. Available colors for the KBS Flagship Classic Cap depend on current stock at the time of redemption.
  6. The Fitting Experience Voucher (up to NT$4,000) is limited to one selected fitting service with a regular price of up to NT$4,000.
  7. Limited prizes are provided according to the listed quantities. Participants who qualify but do not win a limited prize will receive an official website NT$300 discount coupon.
  8. All prizes and coupons are non-transferable for cash, cannot be split, changed for other items, or used for balance adjustments.

V. Appointment and Usage Procedures for Fitting Prizes

Winners of the following prizes must complete their appointments through the dedicated event booking page:

  • Full set of wood shafts, including fitting and assembly service
  • Full set of iron shafts, including fitting and assembly service
  • Driver shaft, including fitting and assembly service
  • Full set of wedge shafts, including fitting and assembly service
  • Fitting experience voucher (valid up to NT$4,000)

Appointment Notes

  1. Winners must access the dedicated event booking page and enter a valid activity redemption code or coupon as instructed by the system.
  2. Failure to book through the dedicated page, or failure to provide a valid redemption voucher during booking and checkout, may result in the inability to apply the prize offer.
  3. Each redemption code is limited to a single use and will become invalid once redeemed or verified.
  4. The actual available dates, time slots, and service personnel are subject to the displays in the booking system.
  5. Winners must complete the designated redemption process within the prize redemption period.
  6. Fitting prizes may not be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with other Fitting discounts, experience vouchers, or promotions.
  7. To change or cancel an appointment, please follow the cancellation and rescheduling regulations of the booking system.

VI. Physical Prize Redemption Methods

Physical prizes can be redeemed via the KBS TAIWAN official website or at physical retail stores, depending on the prize type.

(I) Redemption via Official Website

With the exception of the Pro Pack Tee, all physical product prizes should generally be redeemed first through the KBS TAIWAN official website.

  1. Winners must add the specified prize to their shopping cart.
  2. Enter the prize redemption code provided by the organizer on the checkout page.
  3. Once the system confirms eligibility, the prize amount will be deducted based on the redemption code.
  4. Each redemption code is limited to a single use; completing the order signifies that redemption is finished.
  5. If the redemption process requires identity verification or a prize claim confirmation form, winners must complete the relevant procedures as notified by the organizer.
  6. Once a redemption code is used on the official website, it may not be redeemed again at a physical store.

(II) On-site Redemption at Physical Stores

If a winner does not use the redemption code on the official website, they may redeem it directly at a KBS TAIWAN physical store within the prize redemption period.

On-site redemption procedures are as follows:

  1. On the day of redemption, winners must bring a valid form of identification, visit a KBS TAIWAN physical store in person, and present the prize voucher, coupon, or notification screen to store staff.
  2. Under the guidance of store staff, winners must provide a screenshot of the prize coupon or voucher and send it to the "KBS TAIWAN" LINE official account on-site.
  3. The screenshot must clearly show the prize name, redemption information, and a valid redemption voucher. If the image is incomplete, illegible, or eligibility cannot be confirmed, the organizer may request the winner to provide it again.
  4. Store staff will verify the information against the winner database, redemption code usage records, and relevant event data.
  5. Once eligibility and the validity of the redemption code are confirmed, winners must complete a prize claim confirmation form as instructed by the organizer before receiving the prize.
  6. The prize claim confirmation form may be filled out on-site or online beforehand as provided by the organizer, but on-site eligibility verification is still mandatory.
  7. Each redemption code is limited to a single redemption; if it has already been used on the website, in the booking system, or at a store, it cannot be redeemed again.
  8. If the specified prize is subject to color, style, or stock limitations, actual redemption availability is subject to current store inventory.
  9. The store will not release or ship physical prizes unless eligibility verification and the prize claim confirmation form have been completed.

(III) Pro Pack Tee Redemption

The Pro Pack Tee is limited to redemption at KBS TAIWAN physical stores.

  1. Winners must visit a physical store within the redemption period and present a valid voucher to store staff.
  2. Winners must complete the verification and cancellation of the voucher on-site as instructed by store staff.
  3. Once redeemed, the voucher becomes invalid and cannot be reused, exchanged for cash, or replaced with other prizes.
  4. The Pro Pack Tee is not eligible for official website shipping or other online redemption methods.

VII. Rules for Using NT$500 and NT$300 In-Store Discount Coupons

  1. The NT$500 and NT$300 in-store discount coupons are limited to use at KBS TAIWAN physical stores.
  2. Coupons can be used for orders that include Fitting services, but they only apply to the KBS full-series shaft product amount within that order.
  3. Coupons cannot be applied to the following products or fees:

    ◎ Custom fitting service fees
    ◎ Custom fitting prepayments/deposits
    ◎ Assembly labor fees
    ◎ Club heads
    ◎ Grips
    ◎ Golf balls
    ◎ Apparel and accessories
    ◎ Other non-KBS shaft products or services

  4. The consumption threshold and discount eligibility for coupons are based solely on the final checkout amount of the eligible KBS shaft products in the order.
  5. If a customer has already paid a Fitting deposit, it must be deducted before calculating the final payable amount for eligible KBS shaft products.
  6. If the final checkout amount of eligible KBS shaft products after deducting the deposit is below the threshold stated on the coupon, the coupon cannot be used.
  7. If an order includes apparel or accessories eligible for a 20% off 2nd-anniversary discount, those product amounts cannot be counted toward the coupon's spending threshold.
  8. Coupons only apply to eligible KBS shaft products and cannot be used to discount items already enjoying the 20% off promotion in the same order.
  9. Winners must proactively present the valid coupon screen before checkout; requests to apply coupons after the transaction is completed will not be accepted.
  10. Each coupon is limited to a single use and becomes invalid after verification.
  11. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash, provide change, or be split/used in installments.
  12. Unless otherwise specified in this notice, coupons cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, member offers, or promotions.
  13. Coupons used for reaching a minimum spend threshold do not require a separate physical prize claim confirmation form.

VIII. Rules for Using the NT$300 Official Website Discount Coupon

  1. This coupon is limited to use on the KBS TAIWAN official website.
  2. This coupon cannot be used for:

    ◎ Custom fitting service fees
    ◎ Custom fitting prepayments/deposits
    ◎ Physical store orders
    ◎ Other products or services indicated as ineligible on the coupon

  3. Winners must enter the valid promo code on the official website checkout page and meet the threshold and eligibility criteria stated on the coupon.
  4. Each promo code is limited to a single use and becomes invalid after use.
  5. This coupon cannot be exchanged for cash, provide change, or be split/used in installments.
  6. In principle, this coupon cannot be combined with other promo codes, product discounts, member offers, or promotions.
  7. Actual applicable products and system results are subject to those displayed on the official website checkout page.

IX. Winning and Claiming Eligibility

  1. A single LINE account is limited to one chance to win during the event period.
  2. Participants must complete the designated survey, follow the "KBS TAIWAN" LINE official account, and follow the instructions on the event page to complete the drawing process.
  3. Blocking the "KBS TAIWAN" LINE official account during the event period may result in a failure to receive event or winning notifications and potential loss of eligibility to win and claim prizes.
  4. The organizer may disqualify participants if survey data is incomplete, false, registered multiple times, impersonated, or if the participant's identity cannot be verified.
  5. Winners should properly save winning notifications, vouchers, and promo codes. No replacements will be provided for losses caused by personal factors such as deleting messages, transferring accounts, device failure, or incomplete screenshots.
  6. The organizer may request necessary information from winners before prize delivery to confirm eligibility.
  7. Winners of physical prizes must complete a prize claim confirmation form before receiving the prize or having it shipped by the organizer.
  8. If a winner is a minor, the organizer may require prior consent from a legal guardian and request a signed consent form, proof of identity, or other necessary documents.
  9. If the information provided by a winner is incorrect, incomplete, unrecognizable, or inconsistent with registration data, the organizer may request corrections within a deadline; failure to correct will be deemed as a waiver of eligibility.
  10. Prize style, size, specifications, and color are subject to stock availability at the time of redemption.
  11. Prizes cannot be returned or exchanged due to personal preference, size, color, or other non-defective reasons, unless the item is defective.

X. Personal Data Notification

Before filling out the survey and participating in the event, participants should read and agree to the personal data collection, processing, and usage notice stated on the event survey and event information page.

Personal data collected by the organizer will be used within the following necessary scopes:

  • Confirming event participation and eligibility for the drawing
  • Preventing duplicate registration or abnormal participation behavior

If participants do not agree to provide the necessary information, they will be unable to complete registration, gain eligibility for the drawing, or collect prizes.

XI. Event Statement and Other Notes

  1. This event is organized by FST Shafts Taipei Branch, and prizes are provided and distributed by the organizer.
  2. By participating in this event, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms, the personal data notice, the event page, the coupon terms, and related announcements.
  3. Participants may not use automated programs, fake accounts, forged data, duplicate registration, system vulnerabilities, or other improper means to gain eligibility for the drawing or winning.
  4. If participants engage in fraud, data falsification, impersonation, system interference, infringement of others' rights, intentional disruption of event order, or other illegal acts, the organizer may cancel their participation, winning, and claim eligibility and reserves the right to pursue legal action.
  5. Participants shall bear the relevant legal and compensation liabilities if third parties or the organizer suffer damages due to their improper or illegal behavior.
  6. The organizer is not responsible for any inability to complete the event, failure to receive drawing notifications, loss of redemption codes, or data anomalies caused by personal devices, network connections, browser settings, LINE app versions, account transfers, system maintenance, force majeure, or other factors not attributable to the organizer.
  7. If errors cause duplicate winnings, incorrect notifications, display anomalies, or prizes exceeding the original quantity, the organizer may re-verify, correct, or cancel them based on system records and actual eligibility.
  8. The organizer reserves the right to modify, change, suspend, terminate, or cancel this event, promotional content, prizes, and redemption methods.
  9. In case of matters not addressed in these rules, the organizer may supplement or amend them at any time; such changes will be announced on this event website without individual notice.
  10. Participation eligibility, winning eligibility, coupon usage, prize redemption, and other related matters are subject to the organizer's audit results.
  11. Any disputes arising from this event shall be settled through good faith negotiations; in case of litigation, the laws of the Republic of China shall apply, and the competent court shall have jurisdiction.
  12. Within the scope permitted by law, the organizer reserves the right of final interpretation and decision regarding these event rules.
